Team
A team of three trying to build a company, bottom up. While CEO, COO and CMO are the titles the co-founders need to identify themselves with, in reality, the CEO is going places on a bike and most of the time is seen requesting the security guards to let him in to make his sales pitch. The COO usually ends up being a part of operations rather than heading them and is often spotted helping the team with the packaging or at times even cleaning up. Lastly, while the CMO is supposed to sit at his desk and work on marketing and branding, he hardly gets time to do that given that he is so occupied taking care of logistics ensuring an on-time filling up of the machine with fresh food.
All in all, the company is very committed to ensuring high-quality and timely operations across food production, logistics and scaling up distribution.
